The brand for garage door is Glidermatics GTS. Very noisy while door opening only, no noise when shutting. The noice from the chair while turning in box. I need a technician to open the box cover for a check and repair the chain or springs if necessary.

This is for my pensioner mother who recently lost her husband (my father) and is also battling cancer. I need this done on the cheaper side of possible. Third Garage Door opener in 10 years. It just won't power up any more. I have tried all troubleshooting/diagnostics in the manual. Had someone come out earlier in the year and they said its a blown motor. Now im being told otherwise. It's a Merlin. MR550EVO. Installed 04/02/2021
