Fix a dent on garage door

Single car garage 4m width. Top, left side, and right side of the garage door have a gap causing the garage to be very cold in winter. I am wondering if installing garage door seal would improve the energy usage and comfort. I can purchase the recommended materials in advance from Bunnings to save time for the installer and the cost for the job.

The bracket has dislodged from the brick work and the spring came loose. The bracket needs to be fixed back to the wall and spring reattached. The other bracket needs securing as it appears loose.

It needs some adjusting. Doesn’t slide down and go up easily. It keep slipping.

Have the replacement door, it is painted and ready to go. Just need it changed and the handle put on the new door

The door cannot be closed by the electric opener. Seems the bolt is loosen and need to be rectified.

The panel door is disassembled from the hinges and needs to be reassembled. The 90 bracket is bent which can be purchased or straightened. The rolling door is wire pulley manual.

Our house has a large shed with doors that slide side to side like a factory rather than roller doors. Over the years the shed doors have sagged a few mm in the middle and now catch on the guide below making them difficult to open and close. I've spent significant time attempting to adjust the bolts at the top but the problem is whilst you can tighten the bolts to raise the doors, this causes the bolts to grip on the runner at the top (now blocking the doors moving entirely). I want instead to lower the guide that sits under the doors in the centre of the shed. I can see a couple of ways to fix this. My preferred method would be to cut the door guide off the picket stake it sits on, trim the picket stake down 20mm and then weld the door guide back onto the same stake. This will be visually the best option. A second approach would be to cut the door good off, trim the picket stake down and bold the door guide (with some packing under it) to the concrete below. I have bolts and a rotary drill that could assist with this. If the above failed I have some alternative heavy duty brackets that could be bolted to the concrete as a substitute. Please note, one issue you'll encounter is how best to cut off the door guide as it sits roughly 40mm from the concrete and my angle grinder couldn't fit under it to cut it off. Oddly, this may be the hard part as once it's off the above approaches should work. Please let me know how you plan to tackle this as I'm open to paying more for welding the guide back into position (just lower) as this will look the nicest. Happy to answer any questions

General roller garage door servicing and re adjust the garage door to sit at the stopper after opening.

Reversed into the garage and a part came undone. Refer to pictures. Need help ASAP

Manual Garage roller door adjustment. When pulled down and closed, it comes back up too far leaving a gap at the bottom. Not sure if its a weather seal issue or a tension issue but the seals look fine. Would like it to sit properly shut against the concrete.
