I need a general service for a single Eco sectional garage door that is nearly 5 years old. It works well overall, but it feels heavy in manual mode and there is some rattling after I lubricated the rollers. It was last serviced 11 months ago. I'm after a general service and likely tension adjustment rather than a repair.

My Merlin Motor needs to be serviced the door closes and then opens on its own once it hits the ground. Also need another door tensioned.
