Airbnb property swivel chair broken. Bolts go in but fall out when sit chair up. Maybe needs a new system to fix.

I have a bed frame that’s slightly broken on one side — the wooden support has a dent but the overall structure is intact. Also,a wooden bench broken from The joints. Would you be able to repair or reinforce it? Based on the damage, I was expecting the repair cost to be around $80-100. Please let me know if you need more photos or if a small reinforcement piece would be required.

Have an Ikea queen size bed which is already set up but its making squeaky noises as some parts were not installed properly when the bed was assembled. Ordered new nuts and bolts from Ikea, someone needs to come install the new pieces. Dont believe the whole bed needs to be dismantled, only the new parts need to be installed. It’s a standard bed (not gas lift). See image for reference.

I need a desk chair put together

We have a set of 6 chairs one chair has been broken basically at the base and the back there has been sustained damage and over time the chair has broken. It is basically in 2 pieces now held together with just material

I have four chairs that need to be fixed . When you sit on the chair it sinks. I need a good steady seat and more comfort . And also the the resting at the back needs more comfort as well . It’s not cushioned enough.

The seat of my desk chair won’t stay level and keeps sinking everytime I sit on it. Something needs to be tightened but I don’t know what.
