The house has a few but not many stairs (split-level) and a few outdoor items too. Jobs needed: Carry boxes from basement to the right rooms Move furniture into place (up/down stairs) Put together 5 beds (2 queen, 1 double, 2 singles) Put outdoor furniture in the right spots Important: Boxes are not labelled, so we’ll need to open some and work out where they go. Optional extra (same day if possible) If you have a ute/van/trailer, I also need pickup + delivery of: Fridge + sun-lounger from Macmasters Beach Outdoor dining set (table + chairs + bench) from Killcare This is heavy lifting. Collection of a Lay-Z-Boy Chair from a house in North Avoca and delivering and installing the chair in another house in North Avoca. The collection of the Lay-Z-Boy Chair is outside on the porch at a house in North Avoca. The chair is quite bulky and heavy, please see photos as it will not fit in a regular car/wagon and will require a ute at least to transport. Delivery and installation is again at a level house in North Avoca with easy driveway access. Delivery and installation includes taking the Lay-z-Boy up a flight of internal stairs to the upstairs TV room. Please factor this in to your time allowance and costs.
