Removal of King mattress to dump

I need a three seater couch moved up 12 flights of stairs in my buildings fire escape. The couch is long and the climb is awkward. It’s not heavy, just awkward to turn around each flight. Care needs to be taken to avoid scuffing the couch. Task would suit 2 guys familiar with moving tasks, it seems one of those things that if you’re used to this kind of problem youll do it really quickly, but not doing it all the time we are struggling to do it easily with one male/one female mainly because of the awkward weight transfer turning it. We’ve got it up 7 flights in about 35 minutes, total task time would probably be 30-60 minutes. Couch is currently on the 7th floor, need to get it to 19th. I have added photos including one of my daughter and I to give an idea of scale. The main issue with navigating the stairs is that it doesn’t “naturally” fit, so needs to turn and angle change which having a small female doing one end made really difficult for her.
