I am looking for an experienced flat-pack assembly specialist to fix and fully rebuild my IKEA TONSTAD bed frame. I attempted the build but assembled a section backward/incorrectly. As a result, two of the large metal spiral cam lock wheels (IKEA Part #114670) have become completely jammed, under heavy tension, and the central hex/Allen slots are partially stripped. The task requires: 1. Safely extracting the two jammed spiral wheel locks without damaging the timber panels. You will likely need extraction tools like needle-nose pliers, vice grips, or a screw extractor. 2. Disassembling the incorrectly built sections of the frame. 3. Fully reassembling the entire TONSTAD bed frame correctly from scratch according to the instruction manual. Please bring your own tools (including tools for stripped hardware extraction). I will provide the instruction manual. Please let me know your experience with IKEA bed frames when making an offer. Thank you!
