Find reliable fridge removalists in Balmain East

We have a fridge in our garage and one in our kitchen (up one storey/ three small flights of stairs) and want to swap them around. Need someone who has the means/ gadgets to take heavy fridges up and down stairs. They are medium sized fridges, about 60cm wide (fisher and paykel).

There is a clothes rack to pick up in Glebe (easy one person lifts) and a fridge to pick up in Balmain East - I can meet you there to help move if the booking is for one person) - And I need them delivered to my place in Balmain. I’m looking to complete the task between 1pm-4pm. (I believe it should take about an hour, the fridge is ten mins from my house in one direction and the rack is ten in the other direction)
