2002 Ford Focus CL 2.0 European has an issue with air intake, possibly MAFS or a sensor. Requires special torque screwdriver. Looking for someone with mechanical skills to help me find the issue.

My ford focus has a water leak. I’ve done heaps of research and worked out that it’s a leak in the air vents behind the bumper. The water runs down behind the lights, water trickles through the badly sealed air vents and travels into the boot, down the sides and into the rest of the car. Just need someone good with cars to take off the bumper and seal up the air vents. I’ve found heaps of guidance on how to do it but don’t have the confidence to do it myself. Must have own tools and sealant. Flexible on cost

I recently purchased a BA Falcon which has spacers installed on the front that I want to remove. I tried to remove them myself with a 19mm Socket on an Impact but it did not loosen the nut. Supposedly my impact is too weak, or the nut could be a 17mm (or 21mm) which I do not have. Should be a quick job with the right tools. I have a jack if needed. Any questions welcome, Thank you!
