I need a thorough pre-purchase inspection on a 2014 Ford Kuga Ambiente TF 1.6L EcoBoost AWD (automatic) that I'm holding with a deposit. Location: Surfers Paradise / Broadbeach (Still talking to the owner) Preferred time: Tomorrow 2pm Budget: $200 (mobile preferred) Key things to check (please include a full road test, diagnostic scan, and written report with photos): - Suspension and steering – especially any clunks or knocking when turning or going over bumps (I noticed some clunks during test drive) - 1.6L EcoBoost engine – timing chain noise/rattle on cold start, oil leaks, coolant expansion tank condition, any signs of overheating or cylinder head issues - Turbo performance and oil consumption - AWD system – transfer case, driveshafts, and fluid condition - Transmission – smooth shifts when hot and cold - Cooling system and hoses - Brakes, tyres, and underbody (rust in wheel arches/rockers common in QLD) - Full OBD diagnostic scan for any fault codes - Service history and any outstanding recalls Please provide a detailed report with estimated repair costs for any issues found. Unfortunately don’t have my tools with me. Just need to get this fixed. The hose looks a little damaged possibly ? Is definitely loose aswell so not sure what’s going on, can’t see it leaking while it’s in but after it sits leaks a small puddle. Might just need tightening or might need a new hose. It’s a braided coolant line off my turbo on my xr6 turbo. Top mount setup so fairly easy to reach
