We've been renting our house out for a few months, and have returned to two issues. (1) an extremely disgusting food waste bin (2) a bunch of left-over, potentially recyclable things left by the side of the house The primary issue is the food waste bin. It is half-full of food waste that has not been collected. There is a whole ecosystem of fucked-up looking creatures, insects and rot. Honestly, it is horrible, it looks like a horror movie. We need the entire bin removing and disposed of. The second issue is the remaining litter, and recycling, that is remaining. This needs to be removed. Some of it is clearly recycling, some of it is wooden sticks/stakes, and some of it is in bin bags and unidentified. Ideally, after the bin and excess stuff is removed, the entire area is thoroughly swept/hosed and cleaned. I do want to stress that the organic waste bin is extremely disgusting, if you didn't get that already.
