Friday 11th Nov, Need an apprentice florist to set up wedding venue flowers. Very simple set up and all info and renders will be provided (I will be there on the day to delegate) simple bud vases on guest tables, placement of flowers for ceremony, flowers hung on gazebo and then ceremony flowers transferred to reception. Will need to use own vehicle to pick up floral arrangements from Cattai NSW and transport them to the venue Ottimo house. Will easily fit this amount of florals in most vehicles with back seats down. Will be needed for approx 5 hours in total from pick up to finalising reception set up after ceremony.

Hi, I am looking for someone to setup the reception venue for my wedding. We will provide all of the flowers (single stem roses in bud vases) and all of the decorations (candles, menus, placecards). The setup will consist in arranging the tables in a pretty way and placing the place cards and menus on the tables on the day. The time slot allocated to this will be anytime from 9am and it has to be ready by 4pm. 15 tables approx. + small bridal table (seats 4 people). Pick up of the flowers/decorations is in Darlinghurst/Balmain and the reception is in Blakehurst. In need of assistance with Event Florals - working with Artificial Faux Flowers. You will be working alongside team members to create floral arrangements for a wedding. You must be fit and able to lift. Efficient and can take initiative. Anywhere between 4 - 6 hours. (Hours will be adjusted after the shift - hence why only 1 hour $30 is on here as a starting point per hour). This is also a casual offer, so anyone wanting it to be ongoing, we would be happy to give you some shifts, provided that all goes well. Please note, usually from $40p/h after 11:30pm.
