We are looking for someone able to sand and varnish wooden floors in our small 3 bedroom house in Windsor Gardens to complete before 10 July. There is a lounge room, master bedroom and two small bedrooms that are pine and in good condition, having previously been covered by carpet, and jarrah in the corridor which is more delicate and seem to have been used as floorboards before.
