Hi, I have bamboo stained floorboards. I had them done a number of years ago but they were not done very well by the supplier. They have Scotia around the edge that is very flaky and has lifted and is a real mess in any part of the house that gets exposed to moisture eg bear doors or in the kitchen. I need to work out a solution, source and install the product. I think the whole apartment would be would need to be done so it matches: lounge, dining, short hallway, kitchen, landing and 3 small bedrooms.

Lounge room Approx 16 m squared needs laminate floorboards installed and maybe some underlay scraped up to even surface.

Replace approx 10 floor boards where floating floorboards have been damaged. Some cutting required and skirting boards will need to be taken off to install the floorboards.

Looking for someone to put in self levelling concrete in a 1 bedroom apartment including kitchen, living and bedroom but not bathroom. Floating floors will then go over the top. Carpet has been removed and most of the holes have been filled in. There is a small amount of glue remaining on the concrete that may need to be removed first. Depending on what you charge for the following we would also potentially be interested in: 1. Moving the furniture (it can all fit on the balcony or in the bathroom) 2. Removing the wood that attached the previous carpet. The floors are reasonable - there are some small holes - but we want them to be more level before the floors go in.
