Room Dimensions Bedroom 1: 3.0m x 2.9m Bedroom 2: 3.0m x 3.0m Total Area: Approximately 17.7 square meters (plus allowances for wastage). Scope of Work 1. Removal & Disposal: Uplift existing carpet and underlay in both rooms, pull up any remaining tack strips if necessary, and responsibly discard all old materials off-site. 2. Subfloor Preparation: Inspect and sweep the subfloors to ensure they are clean, dry, and level prior to installation. 3. Supply & Install: Supply appropriate acoustic underlay. Supply and install laminate floating floorboards (rated AC4 or higher for durability, with a preferred modern neutral oak or timber-look finish). Install matching scotia or quad moulding around the perimeter of both rooms to cover expansion gaps. 4. Finishing: Ensure doors clear the new floor height (trimming if required) and leave the work area clean and tidy. Tasker Requirements Proven experience in floating floor installation. Must bring all necessary tools, drop cloths, and cleanup equipment. I need them done asap, but I’m flexible a little. Ideally in the next 2 weeks at the latest. Under 70 square meters. 2 b/room unit, with a tiny dining & a corridor. 2nd floor, no lift. However the is a back door with easy access. Currently, I have an old carpet, that needs to be removed. The place is empty. Im told the floor is levelled and it doesn’t need anything done to it, but I’d like to know your opinion. I need all new skirting.

I have new carpet in the bedrooms however when removing the old carpets, the trim has been glued down to the floating floorboards & needs to be cut off & trim replaced in one bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms have not been glued down so they can just be replaced. I need someone to replace 3 trims asap!
