Find reliable local fire alarm services in VIC

Hi, One of my fire alarms is making intermittent beeping sounds. I’ve already removed the battery and found some dried residue (possibly from a battery leak) on the contact points inside the alarm. I’m looking for someone experienced to: • Clean the battery compartment safely • Check and test the unit • Replace the battery if needed (I can provide one) • Confirm the alarm is functioning properly Update: I’ve already replaced the battery myself, but the intermittent beeping is still happening. If the issue is caused by something else, would you be able to diagnose and fix it? This is a small job but I want to make sure it’s done correctly to avoid any safety issues.

Several jobs required in residential house incl replace fire alarm, attach new internal door handle, reattached 2 cabinetry doors where hinge has broken, fix replace bathroom fan. Depending on how many jobs complete. Could be done in half a day.

And he said because this house has had a 'wired-fire alarm' in the past, so I need to install a 'wired-fire-alarm' again instead of having an battery powered fire alarm. Just 1 in hallway. I have a certificate of Safety confirming that the previous wiring is in functional condition. (Please include cost of any material; new fire alarm alarm)

Hi, I had a council employee at my house for something, and he noticed the fire alarm wasn't working. So he told me to get it replaced, and I did - it's just a basic one battery-powered fire-alarm. But then, he emailed me requesting that I get a registered Electrician to give Certificate that I have a fire-alarm and it works (even though it's just a battery powered one). So it's a easy 30 second task (and writing certificate) please :)
