I need the boundary colorbond fence to be extended by approximately 6 metres (1.7-1.8m high) on each side of the property. I also need a return aluminium slat fence installed on either side of the property. 1. On the south side this needs to be 2.05m wide and 2.4m high. 2. On the north side, the slat return fence is made up of two small panels and a gate. The panel from the boundary fencing to the block pillar is 1.05m wide and 1.7m high. The panel from the pillar to the gate post (which needs to be replaced) is 545mm wide and 1.8m high. The opening for the gate is 740mm, which needs to accommodate a post to be attached to the house wall and a gate. The height for this small panels and the gate is 1.65m.

o Supply and install new steel sheet fencing to a finished height of 2 metres above ground level (except for the taper on the southern end). o Total fence length is approximately 32 metres. o New steel rails must be installed to support the fence sheets securely on existing concrete posts. o Fence sheets must be high-quality Colorbond (or approved equivalent), installed to the manufacturer’s specifications and in accordance with relevant Australian Standards (e.g., AS 1397, AS/NZS 2728). o Ensure sheets are properly secured to the rails and posts, with consistent alignment, matching coloured screws and a neat finish.
