Hello, I have a council notice to get the boundary fence repaired before Jan 26th. I need the below quoted and done before then. Issue 1: Several palings on the eastern boundary pool fence are detached and show rot near the base, creating gaps exceeding 100 mm. Recommendation: Repair or replace the damaged and rotten palings on the eastern boundary fence to ensure all gaps are less than 100 mm. Issue 2: Sediment buildup near the southeastern corner of the boundary pool fence has reduced the effective fence height below 1.8 metres, creating a Non-Climbable Zone (NCZ) on the inside of the fence where climbable horizontal rails are present. Recommendation: Remove the accumulated sediment to restore the effective fence height to at least 1.8 metres, allowing the NCZ to be located on the outside the fence so the barrier complies with pool safety standards. Issue 3: The southern boundary pool fence has a gap at the base exceeding 100mm, likely caused by the gradual displacement of rocks and sediment over time. Recommendation: Fill in the gap at the base so that it no longer exceeds 100mm. Issue 4: Two horizontal rails at the southwestern corner of the pool fence create climbable objects. Recommendation: Install shielding between the boundary fence and pool post, and provide a 60° fillet along the external rails extending at least 900 mm (see diagram below) Alternatively, install a solid section of shielding on the outer side of the railings, extending a minimum of 900 mm and covering all rails.

Need about half a dozen fence (timber) palings replaced

Approximately 16 fence extension need to be unscrewed and taken down. Some are alreadly half falling down. And there are 10 or so loose fence palings that need to be nailed. Happy to bay extra to have them taken to the dump also. Otherwise will arrange separately.
