Looking for: A Friendly & Experienced BBQ Master / All-Round Event Staff – Backyard BBQ + Pool Party We’re hosting a family-friendly backyard BBQ + pool party and need a friendly, experienced, proactive all-rounder to make our event run smoothly. What you’ll do: • Set-up: Prep BBQ & food/drink stations, cutlery, bins, ice • During: Grill sausages, burgers, veggies, halloumi (all food supplied), serve guests, clear plates/cups, restock drinks, keep areas tidy & safe • Pack-down: Clean BBQ, clear dishes, pack away food, leave the space spotless Date & time: Sat 13 Dec, 2:45–7:15pm (~4.5 hrs) Location: Residential backyard in Northern Beaches. Hi there! We are hosting a Christmas party for our friends and their kids on Sunday, 22 December and are looking for someone to assist us throughout the day. Event Details: • Time: 2 PM to 5 PM • Your Hours: 8 AM to 6 PM (lunch will be provided) • Guests: Approximately 20 adults and 15 kids Tasks Include: • Morning setup: cutting fruit, dishing up food, carrying items up and down stairs, and setting up decorations, ect… • During the event: keeping the area tidy, helping serve food and drinks, and providing general support as needed. • After the event: assisting with cleaning up (no need to vacuum or mop floors). We are having a small wedding with 45 people in our home. We need 3 experienced wait staff to help serve food, drinks, clear and clean up. Start from 3pm - finish approximately 9pm - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 8 November 2022

We are having a wedding in Curl Curl on 7th May from 2pm. We are looking to have someone come help us with different jobs on the day. Including things such as: -help making and serving guests cocktails -help setting up as the day progresses from ceremony to cocktail hr, food and reception -cleaning up glasses and putting through dishwasher etc. Budget can be agreed based on tasks and ability level (e.g. waiter only $40/hr, if making cocktails with ingredients then additional rate can be negotiated).
