Location: The Westin Perth Date: Tuesday March 3 Schedule: • Bump in: 5:30am – 8:00am (meet at storage unit onsite by 6am) • Event live: 8:00am – 4:00pm • Bump out: 4:00pm – 5:00pm What’s involved: • Setting up event elements (easy frame backdrops, branding materials, small displays) • Assisting with photobooth elements (Printer, Tripod, Camera) • Basic tech setup (connecting laptops, setting up iPads, general troubleshooting if required) • Assisting during live event - Helping staff with attendee flow and brand ambassador duties. • Packing down equipment at the end of the day Ideal Tasker: • Has prior experience with event setup • Comfortable using iPads and laptops • Reliable and punctual (early start) • Has a valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle Bonus (not essential): • Photography experience • Access to a large vehicle or van Please comment with your experience and confirm availability for the full time window. My son is turning 1 and we have a birthday party at a play group centre between 9.30am-12.30pm. I would like someone for 2 hour (11-1pm) to come and help clean the venue towards the end of the party.
