I need someone to help me set up backdrop and balloon garland for a birthday party. Bonus if you could also provide decoration advice. I have the backdrop and I have hired a backdrop stand. The attached photo is how I would like the balloon to be set up around the backdrop (different colours tho). I have also attached a photo of the backdrop I have. The size of the backdrop is 6ftx9ft.
