From 8:00am to 2:00pm Reliable Kitchen Hand—I need someone to help me prepare Christmas lunch for 20 people (including two little kids). You must be an experienced kitchen hand who can help prep (it won't be complicated, keep the food prep going while I get everything else sorted and my visitors arrive), clean the kitchen during meal prep, and do dishes after serving. Most of the meal will be prepared before the 25th, and it will be a very Australian menu, including ham to be sliced, roast vegetables to be cooked, salmon to be re-heated, loaves of bread to be heated, sauces to be warmed up, pavlova to be decorated (cream etc., to be whipped), coffee to be made, etc.
