I am looking for help for my mum’s 60th tea party birthday. We are looking for someone to serve canapé style foods, cakes, tea, and champagne along with general set up and clean up of dishes. The party is from 12-3 but would be needing help from 11:30-3:30 to include set up and clean up. This event will be in my mum’s home and there will be ~40 people present. We think we may need two people to serve throughout the event. Budget given is for two people.

This role includes both morning bump-out from the wedding the night before, bar service during recovery, and final tidy-up. 🕣 Morning Wedding Bump-Out 8:30am – 10:30am • Collect and stack glassware in dishwasher • Bag bottles and rubbish • Wipe down bar and surfaces • Sweep and mop one indoor timber area • General tidy/reset of space 🍻 Recovery Bar Service 11:00am – 3:00pm (approx. 50 guests) • Serve beer, wine & slushie drinks • Keep bar area tidy • Clear glasses and bottles during service 🧹 Post-Recovery Clean 3:00pm – 4:00pm • Final glass collection • Bag rubbish • Wipe down bar and tables • Leave space clean and presentable Total shift approx. 7 hours per person.
