A big event so we need some help! 9am - 5pm Saturday 10am -5pm Sunday Tasks; We are running a live-streamed video podcast at an Expo at the Melbourne Convention Centre on 17 and 18 August. With 20+ podcast guests of all types and brands booked in, we are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing person to assist us with managing this, socials marketing and getting the most out of it. We’re looking for the following tasks to be done; - Be a friendly face for greeting, - Capture social media imagery and content of behind the scenes, - Post to social media for each episode as it happens using our easy to use posting platform ContentStudio (we’ll show you how), Our aim is to make sure we make the experience special for our guests on our episodes, and to make sure we are sharing the participation by our guests in socials as well in a professional way as it happens. You don’t need to be a social media expert by any means, just have capability and an understanding and evident use of social media yourself. Thanks, and it's always a fun event :-)

2 x photographers required for a mid week sponsored music event - Guests arrive 8:30pm, drinks till the band starts which will be around 10ish. Band finishes around 11. Event till 11:30pm. There will be a media wall with static photography station set up for when people are arriving - photos taken & shared instantly to guest and printed. ( via snappic software - equipment & software supplied 2nd photographer will roam taking photos before & during the band performing. When the band finishes, we'll have 6 exclusive VIP experiences for our customers with the band, I'd like to have photographer on hand for that - photos will be also shared on the spot to the guests. Canon R5 or R6 cameras suitable for using snappic. Ill be on site for tech support throughout the evening to asist.
