I require assistance with decorating and venue stage and church. We also require like seating plans, customised cards on the the tables for the guests, etc. We can supply the needed decorations and supply inspiration pictures for this.

I’m looking for someone experienced in event decoration / simple styling to help prepare a venue for a wine-focused social event with board games. The goal is to create a space that feels calm, cosy, intentional, and well-prepared. The venue is a small area divided into two sections. 1. Covering untidy walls There are a few walls that look untidy. These need to be neatly covered with fabric, posters, or a combination. One wall will have fabric hung as a clean backdrop, with a projector projected onto it. 2. Safety signage There is a staircase where people could potentially trip. A clear but tasteful “Please watch your step” safety sign needs to be placed appropriately. 3. Lighting & zoning The venue has two main zones: One zone already has lighting The other zone has little to no lighting The darker zone needs to be styled and decorated so it feels intentional, using ambient lighting such as lamps, fairy lights, candles, etc. (Open to your suggestions.) 4. Overall styling The space should feel: Warm and atmospheric Calm and social (not loud or cluttered) Like a place that’s been thoughtfully prepared Theme: Wine social night + board games Style: Subtle, cosy, minimal, tasteful What I’m Looking For - Someone with event styling / decoration experience - A good eye for lighting, fabric, and layout - Able to work safely, cleanly, and efficiently - Someone who can bring some basic decoration items or advise what’s needed (happy to discuss)

We're looking for a handy person to help decorate a stall fete marquee on July 10th from 1pm to 5pm at Customs House, Sydney CBD. We have all decorations, but we need an experienced helper to set up LED lights, artificial garlands, and artificial flowers. Bringing additional equipment would be appreciated. There might also be a need for assistance in preparing goodies.
