Please only apply for the task if you have a carpet steamer or other such device for properly deep cleaning the carpet. There is a large balcony outside that will also need cleaning. If you have the capability for pest control also I'll pay extra. I've had a dog at the property so need all the mandatory fun done for that A pre clean will be done before you come in, the job is for the more annoying stuff, like inside cupboards, fans, vents etc.
