Includes kitchen, bathroom, floors, windows, skirting boards, and general vacate standard. There is pet odour in the carpet that will need to be treated as part of the clean (smell only, no visible damage). Please quote and confirm availability for Wednesday. Thanks.
The work itself wasn't bad, but the timing caused unnecessary stress. We were told they would arrive at 1:30pm but they didn’t turn up until close to 4pm, and only two workers arrived instead of the number promised. This was difficult as we were on a tight schedule and needed to leave for Canberra. Better communication and punctuality would have made a big difference.
