Need a couple of stumps grinding

Hi, I have a water tap that keeps flowing. It's on my sink on the bathroom. I need it to be fixed.

Job needs to be done by 8:30am Monday, as I’m moving out. Prefer to be done on Sunday. Take down two tarps that form a privacy wall (full length of my garage) in our communal garage with wire fencing walls. Mostly zip ties with some weighted panels and wires at the bottom. Must bring own tools & ladders. Tarp wall needs to be saved & rolled up, then stored in my neighbour’s garage. Preference given to someone who is also willing to load my car with some belongings at the end of the job, as I have a shoulder injury.

I am looking for someone to build a set of wooden steps from my garden up to the pool area. They will only be a temporary solution until more landscaping is done, so not looking for anything too expensive. Would appreciate a handrail. If not steps then maybe a ramp or using fill to create a more gradual slope.

Have issues with low water pressure in 3 taps. 2 in upstairs bath and 1 in kitchen. All other taps both levels working fine. I am based in Kenmore.

Supply and replace 2 steps on outdoor staircase .

Need paint chips fixed up before moving out. One chip on one wall and the other chips are on a separate wall. I have the paint, brush and spakfilla to fix it so would be labour only and shouldn’t take more than an hour. Could do myself but happy to pay someone to do a better job than I would.

Install laundry tap for front loader and new laundry sink on back deck. Deck is on 1st level of Queenslander. Underneath house is not built in so easy to run/connect to pipes.

Fencing linked to side gate needs to be re-built. New clothes line mechanism to be attached to brick wall. Minor pool fence repairs

We have a few gaps around these windows that we’d like sealed up against the weather as water is coming in when it really pours. On the big sash windows, there are gaps around the lower sides (where the hood ends.) On the very small window I think it hasn’t been sealed at the top. 3 large cane palm stumps that need to be removed or cut down to soil level

Awning rope is broken. Needs to be pulled and tied up. Perhaps a new rope may be required.

Removal of Palm tree Branches and stumps from the back yard, through the house to the front of the house. I do have Waste vouchers to help with disposal.

Replace two basin taps please

I'm almost certain that the thermostat needs to be replaced.

Four golden cane palms have been cut down and I need the stumps removed. A small machine is required because they are in raised garden beds.

No hot water in kitchen and bathroom taps and dishwasher. Loss of pressure Live in apartment

Taps have just started leaking, tried to replace the shower head but no luck. Don't have the tools on hand to replace the shower tap seals.
