Need paint chips fixed up before moving out. One chip on one wall and the other chips are on a separate wall. I have the paint, brush and spakfilla to fix it so would be labour only and shouldn’t take more than an hour. Could do myself but happy to pay someone to do a better job than I would.

The paint I got from Bunnings didn’t quite match but he took the time to do an extra coat to make sure it blended in perfectly. We have a few gaps around these windows that we’d like sealed up against the weather as water is coming in when it really pours. On the big sash windows, there are gaps around the lower sides (where the hood ends.) On the very small window I think it hasn’t been sealed at the top.
