Need 5 trees removed and the stump and roots dug out of the group. 2 trees have been cut down to ground and 3 of them are about a metre and a half high

Looking for an outdoor tiler to tile a new concrete walking path and existing steps (the walking path is currently under concrete work). (tiles are available)

Some of these stumps have been easy to get out as they have slowly been rotting for the last few months but these last ones are tricky. I’d like to hire someone to dig them out please. Regards

Need to change washers or taps in laundry sink

Replace kitchen sink/mixertap. Replace taps/washers in laundry sink.

I would like someone to replace 5 sets of washers in taps in both my bathrooms and also install 2 new shower heads in both my bathrooms. I will supply the shower heads but will not purchase the washers as I am uncertain what ones are most suitable for the job.

Outdoor steps need replacing on wooden house, due to rot. We have a replacement steps/staircase - may need to be cut to fit. The base step on the old steps is solid enough and good enough for the new ones to attach to. Existing railing needs to be reattached to new steps. We can dispose of old stairs/steps.

Need paint chips fixed up before moving out. One chip on one wall and the other chips are on a separate wall. I have the paint, brush and spakfilla to fix it so would be labour only and shouldn’t take more than an hour. Could do myself but happy to pay someone to do a better job than I would.

We have a few gaps around these windows that we’d like sealed up against the weather as water is coming in when it really pours. On the big sash windows, there are gaps around the lower sides (where the hood ends.) On the very small window I think it hasn’t been sealed at the top.
