I need the old taps and shower replaced with new ones. I will supply all the taps for the bathroom, new rail shower, and the kitchen tap. Shower - photos attached. From the water outlet of the shower, to the shelf holding shampoo etc is roughly 750mm. Kitchen - the tap is roughly 50mm at the base. If you have any questions, just shoot me a message.

Re-point cracks in ridge caps (on ridges on front hips mainly) near two leaks at front of house. Re-bed if necessary one or more ridge caps upon inspection. Clean out existing weep holes as necessary. Re-point one ridge cap which has been temporarily fixed with silicon, located on a hip. It is a 2 story house. Flexible Pointing colour is terracotta. We have an example pendant showing the desired finish. We are in Pennant Hills, but can take these glass pendant lamps anywhere within 250km of Sydney 7 days within a moments notice to have this job completed fast. We need about 8 pendant lamps done. I have attached photo of the clear glass pendant we start with, and also a photos of the pale green pendant we need to accomplish. The steps leading to the lower deck is broken in rain. I'm not sure if it can be repositioned and screwed, or we need to get new wooden steps as the existing ones might have got worn out as it got drenched in rain.
