We have a new free standing vanity that we would like to be put in here. We have a new sink and taps too. And a mirror. We need someone who can install this all for us and ideally take away the old stuff. There is one extra job required as part of this which will include building a timber kicker for beneath the vanity so that it fits perfectly in this space. We are not retiling as the current tiles are fine

Patch nail holes and gaps from new skirting boards install. Need to bog then and all gaps to make flat and sand.

I have 2 tree stumps that have been cut long time ago, but would need to come out fully. 1 stump lilkely just needs cutting with chainsaw just below as I have dug around it enough. 2nd stump will need cutting lower with chainsaw plus grinding as much as possible. 2nd one does not need to be perfect as long as a bit lower than current ground. Both stumps are easily assible, but for griding you will need a small mashine to accssibe not one of these big ones as its just next to the bulding. I will remove more dirt around the 2nd stump for better accesse.
