Light Swaps: Wire/terminate 1x pendant light and 1x oyster light replacing existing ceiling fans. (I will pre-mount the fittings and remove the fans prior to arrival). NBN Relocation: Relocate NBN HFC NTD from front room to cupboard (~20m run) and perform line/power level testing. Single-storey home in Grange. I need approximately 5 small tree stumps/roots removed from the garden area shown in the photos. The area is going to be used for a 3m x 3m garden shed, so I would also like the ground levelled and prepared ready for a paver/base installation, if possible. Job includes: Remove approximately 5 remaining stumps/root systems Remove/dispose of the roots and debris Level the approximately 3m x 3m shed area Ideally prepare/compact the ground ready for pavers/base I am NOT looking for the shed to be assembled — this task is just for stump/root removal and ground preparation. Please let me know in your offer whether you can do both the stump removal and ground preparation, or stump removal only, and whether disposal is included. Supply and install laundry taps which connected to the washing machine as it is leaking

Looking for an experienced plumber or handyman to repair several tap issues before my house goes on the market. Work required: * Repair 4 sets of taps that are leaking. * Most leaks appear to be from worn spindle O-rings/seals, with: * Some leaking from around the spindle. * Some leaking from under the chrome base/flange. * Shower tap spindle may need extending as it sits too far back in the wall. * Bath tap requires an attachment/adaptor so the chrome cover/base can screw back on correctly. * Check all taps and replace any required O-rings, washers or spindle assemblies as needed to stop all leaks. I’m looking for someone with experience repairing older style taps who can supply any small parts required. Please quote including labour and advise if any additional parts are likely to be needed.

I have 3 x Google Flood light Cams (wired) and 2 x Philips Hue outdoor lights (wired) that are to be installed in my single storey home externally (outside garage, alfresco etc. - sample placements in pics to get an idea. New switches x 5 to be added (supply +install basis) by tasker and also any wiring/supplies required. I can only provide the 5 x lights mentioned above.
