We require the removal of a pergola, which takes up a big portion of our garden. The pergola is on a concrete base which also need to be removed, and replaced with new soil and turf (buffalo grass). In addition, as the pergola is being removed, we will require some concrete steps (maybe 3 which will be 3 metres in length) (approx) to allow access from the lounge to the garden. Needing Blockout Curtains hemmed. Rough size of all the curtains as they are hung is 3800 wide and 2800 Length. Would prefer hemming done in my house, all equipment is needed, and if the curtains need to be taken off the rod, then a small step ladder would be required as well.
