The charger for our pool robot broke, the capacitor got detached and the legs are broken. We need someone who can do circuit repairs and can re-attach a new capacitor. Decommission one set of taps at the washing machine on first floor to make room for vanity installation. Install hot and cold tap in garage for Washing machine. Boiler, Mixing valve and waste pipe existing at the back wall directly behind where the new taps will be installed internally.

Remove existing old and loose slate tiles and relay new non slip tiles and grout. Will need tiling experience and tools to cut tiles etc. These steps lead to a beach so they don't need perfection but a safe and properly done finish. Suit retired tiler maybe?
