The original pieces of gyprock/plasterboard were kept, so it should just be a matter of patching, plastering, sanding and doing paint touch-ups. Details: • Multiple small incisions/holes in ceiling and one wall • All cut-out pieces are retained and can be re-used • Need plastering, joining, sanding and smoothing • Then paint touch-ups to match existing walls/ceiling (I can provide the exact paint) • Rooms are clean and easily accessible • Flexible with timing, preferably within the next week What I’m after: Someone experienced with plaster/gyprock repairs who can make the patches blend in seamlessly. I need the old toilet pan (P-trap) removed and new pan installed in the same location. I need old taps and shower head removed and new shower taps and head installed. I need the bathtub taps removed and reinstalled with new taps. I will supply all new fixtures (pan, taps, head).

I am moving out of my rented apartment and there is some damage to the walls where I hung pictures. There are two spots where the paint has come off, and two other walls where hooks have been removed and there are small holes from the nails in two other walls.

I do not have any grout - please supply. Please note it is an apartment and that there is only onstreet parking. No off street parking. Today we need 2 strong people to handle 6 cupboards that have collapsed with contents still inside them, clean up and remount the cupboards on the wall. You should have experience and reviews for wall mounting cupboards and furniture please. Bring your own tools for wall mounting, brackets, drill, and so on, also gloves for removing the broken glass and so on. We need you to reattach the cupboards to the wall. For the most part the brackets look OK to reuse but you might need to use your own brackets or fix the bent brackets. The cupboards are resting on the table where they collapsed with contents still inside them. When you lift the cupboards off the table you might find some of them are broken. If they are broken please throw them away on level 4 (easily accessible via the lift) Lots of glasses have smashed and you need to clean this up please. We are in Darlinghurst and have parking downstairs. There's a lift. You can dispose of the cupboards if necessary on level 4 via the lift.
