Hi, I need a plumber or handyman to help with a few issues around the house: 1. Toilet Issue – The toilet can flush, but it keeps pumping water non-stop and doesn’t shut off properly. It’s constantly flowing water into the bowl (see photo). 2. Bathroom and outdoor Taps – taps in two bathrooms and my garden are leaking and need to be repaired or replaced. Photos are attached for reference.

The back stairs are cement now and there is no railings, I would prefer they are covered with some time of wooden material and to be extended outwards and railings installed.

For our party hire business we are looking for someone that can make 5x high bar table timber tops. We already have the steel legs so it will just be the timber tops. It is important the timber tops won't sag but also are not too thick and bulky.
