Hi, I am looking for an electrician to complete electrical works for a residential renovation in a unit in Belmont, VIC. The renovation includes a kitchen renewal, conversion of 2 rooms into a bedroom with a new ensuite and walk in robe, and removal of 1 internal wall in the living area to create a larger open space. The electrical scope includes relocation of some existing downlights, installation of new downlights, new switches and new power points, and minor relocation of existing services to suit the new layout. The site is ready for rough in. There are no formal drawings, but all locations are marked on site and can be shown during the visit. Belmont, VIC Start time flexible, ideally this week. Thank you.

Installing a double outdoor PowerPoint into house brick, covered entertainment area

I have 12 Down lights I want removed and patched, and replaced with just a few key light sources.

Install a step down transformer to my caravan which links the 12v lights with the 240v lead. All 12v leads go to a single switch. A 240v outside plug has been installed with a fuse box, and there is a single cable going to the switch that needs to be connected through a step down transformer so that all of the 12v lights can work when the caravan has been plugged into 240v (it’s the one with red tape in the picture). I have purchased the transformer (see pic). Also, double check whether 12v connections are good. Today is best, or tomr morning.

Looking for someone to fill this large treat to brim with solar fairy lights for the kids in the street for Christmas. Ideally wrapped around every large branch trunk as high as possible and down the base. Bring some cheer to the neighbours for Christmas. Coloured and warm white would be ideal. Bunnings have 1000 fairy lights for $60 at the moment so I have quoted $60 and please add what you’ll expect for the time or if you’ll need more lights. You are welcome to source your own fairy lights and take them back after Christmas. Or alternatively I can pay you for them and to install. You will obviously need a ladder and be okay climbing the tree to get them all the way up. No overprices quotes please , it’s just for the kids in the street.

The air conditioner will turn on but after 5 minutes it switches off and displays a fault message.

I’m moving out of a rental and need to change a single downlight. I have the replacement bulb, I just don’t have a ladder tall enough to comfortably reach the bulb. The ceiling is about 2.4m.
