This is an occupied rental property. Address will be given to successful applicant. We have a tenant that has installed a new clothes line in the old garden patch. We need someone to take off the top layer, lay in gypsum, level the soil then lay in the instant lawn around the clothes line. We want to box in the lawn in a 6 x 5 metre area. We will supply the lawn and gypsum. The materials will be delivered to the front driveway and will need to be taken to the rear of the property through the side gate (clearance is around 750cm). We can arrange for the delivery of the materials on the same day or stagger them if preferred.

Hi, I need a mound of soil removed that I’ve put on a tarp in my carport for easy access. It’s about a 2m by 2m mound. I’d categorise the dirt as landfill as it’s rocky, clay like and sandy.
