Site scrape 50mm from front yard(37m^2) and 50mm from back yard(33m^2) with a dingo or positrack. Land size is 350m^2 with existing dwelling. Total yard Area size is 70 square metres. Easy access to rear yard via adjacent empty block of land. Front yard is open access, no fence or gate in the way. Need front yard compacted / rolled over after scrape and back yard(only) backfilled with clean fill(100mm) and rolled over and compacted, clean fill will be provided along with Skip for the spoil which will be on the front driveway. Grass is almost non existent at front and back. Has been freshly mowed and is mostly dried dirt. All I need is you, your time, your machinery and your precision. I forgot to snap photos but that’s really all there is to it. Will take some when I head there next, hopefully later today, but don’t count on it. Job will not take more than 3 hours.
