Looking for someone to supply and install a timber fence and two gates at a home in Brisbane. This is a small job that I’d like done as quickly and affordably as possible. Details: • Approx. 7 metres of fencing across the front boundary (includes 1x driveway gate & 1x garden/pathway gate). • The driveway is about 3 metres wide. • The pathway gate is around 1 metre wide, for foot traffic. • I’d like the gates to be simple, sturdy, and clean in design. • Fence needs to be block-out for privacy (timber palings or similar). • The fence will likely run through a garden bed, and I’m totally fine for the bed to be removed or ripped up as needed. • Terrain is not perfectly even, but nothing too challenging. • Optionally (depending on your quote), there’s an extra 5 metres along the side boundary I may also fence (last picture). This section runs along an incline with existing hedges that don’t provide much privacy. I have some wooden garden edging/siding along the side of my concrete driveway that I need replaced with new wood and painted as the existing wood is rotting away. Please see photographs for the edging. I suspect that the wood used previously was railway sleepers. There are currently six pieces of wood siding the garden along the length of my drive. They are all 185mm high, 70 mm deep and are 1780mm, 1710mm, 1710mm, 1570mm, 1550m, and 1730mm long. The replacement wood must be treated in some fashion so it won’t rot away in a year or two. They must be supported to stay up, hold the garden back and not tip over. There is some wooden bracing and brackets in place near the front to hold them up but they need to be braced up the top end too and there are no brackets up here at the moment. ** No paint on the concrete driveway please, just on the wood! There are some cables to the house running under this side garden but I suspect they are well away from the siding/edging being replaced. There is an old plastic watering system under here as well that has surfaced in places but this can just be torn out as you encounter it, it is not working. I have 2m3 of underturf soil that needs to be wheelbarrowed from my driveway to my backyard. This will need to go down the side of my house, which is narrow and I have a special wheelbarrowed that is narrow to fit, not much different to normal. I have a shovel as well but it would be a good idea if you bring your own gloves. The total distance from driveway to backyard is around 40m

Have a few places where the concrete has fallen away 2 sections around 150x400, as pictured. Needs to be removed rods drilled in and new concrete to fix properly. There is another that will require wet saw I believe as it cracked due to being no gap between carport and driveway, so I should think will need to be cut out or cut a gap then fill in the crack. Going to paint after or stencil maybe can be quoted at later date.
