Remove both iron gates from driveway (including wooden supporting post)

Garage kerb steel plates were insufficiently fixed with small ~ 50mm concrete screws. Tried 10mm x 80mm expanding anchors, still came out. The car driving over the bottom part of the plates creates a lot of upwards force on the top part of the plates, due to a thick pipe in the gutter installed under the plate. I need a much stronger, deeper anchor installed, with chemical/expoxy/chemset, and using bolts or threaded rod at least 12mm and at least 225mm long. 10 anchors required total (whole top/ garage side, 2 plates each with 5 anchors). First you'll need to remove the existing anchors, and re-drill steel and concrete holes wider and deeper. If you have to remove the whole plates, then you may have to replace the 10 screws on the bottom side if they won't go back in nicely. You supply the anchors and all tools. I have power
