Find a reliable local draftsman in North West Perth

Looking for someone with previous experience to lay vinyl floor planks throughout our new home. Approx 140sq/m. We are not living in the house currently so can be flexible with days and times. We have the vinyl already

Drafting plans for a front fence and letterbox. I have a rough design i did in fusion 360 and i have the original building plans, just needs to be done up so i can submit a building permit application The pillar/pier height is 1.3m and the top of the solid wall height is 0.75m

I have a second hand patio purchased and disassembled from another property and required council approval to reconstruct it next to my current patio. A new wall will also need to be built.

We are adapting a 4 bed, 2 bath plus study house into a “dual key” residence of 2 smaller “apartments”, each with 1 bed, 1 bath and study. (One of the larger bedrooms becomes a kitchen/living space) We need a draftsman to draw up the details of this small plan for a builder to follow. 1. Break through brick wall to install a new “front” door for the rear apartment. Adjust roofline to enable this to work and create a small verandah. 2. Remove an existing window and replace with a double door opening to the outside by removing brickwork below window. 3. Install a (soundproof) door in the hallway to create the internal separation of the apartments. 4. Build a wall on the shared verandah to seperate this shared space. This wall to include sliding pocket doors and to be insulated for sound proofing. It would be great if you could visit site and provide advice and guidance. We have the original drawings of the building. Please advise on your rates for this type of work.

I have vinyl plank flooring that needs professional cleaning and polishing, in order to remove some minor scratches. Kitchen and living room only. 40 square meters total area.

We are putting an ensuite into our house. It's taking a bit of the loungeroom so it is all under the existing roofline. Will have an external window. Need to put through council.

Hey I’ve ripped out a wall and have a small patch needing fixed up. It’s not the clip in wood stuff it’s vinyl/Lino plank glue down type stuff. Have a box sitting here. Obviously need to re do a bit past the patch. Available Thursday Friday Saturday morning thanks

We are looking for someone to design a new interior floor plan that maximises our space without making too many changes. Ideally we'd like to have a walk in wardrobe (for the master), a larger kitchen and possibly more storage.
