I am in need of getting 4 down lights installed in my lounge room.

I've got downlights in my kitchen, one has started flashing annoyingly. I have been able to pull other ones down to just unplug them and switch them out, but this one is caught on something and I'm not keen to go up through the manhole. Loose insulation, spiders, god knows what else :D It's literally only 3 or 4 metres from the manhole to the light. I already have the replacement LED here so it will just be a matter of removing the old one and replacing it with the new one. 5 minute job.

Replace 4 down light in lounge room 1 in toilet. Install exhaustfan and lights in bathroom that stop working and re install heat lights which I’ve already bought and am happy to buy new exhaust fan and down light fixture just need the labour done . I have higher then normal ceilings

I have a high (3.5m)ceiling with downlighting 1m away from the wall so it is unsafe to reach from a wall ladder. I want to change 5 downlights. They are the ones that plug into power sockets (that are already there) so an electrician is not replied. You will need a very tall ladder that doesn’t need a wall or a mini scaffold.
