One downlight is broken. I tried replacing the bulb, but it still doesn't work. I'm not sure if it's a problem with the transformer or the wiring. Two downlights are unstable and flickering. LED lights are provided.

Hello, We are a reputable eye care company and require urgent electrical repairs in the optometry room at our Rhodes store, located in Rhodes Waterside. We need to replace the broken light, and repair the lights. The issues: 1. A downlight directly above the optometrist's computer has stopped working. This is making it difficult to use the computer, read referrals, and find trial lenses. 2. Another downlight, located above the patient chair, isn't dimming as much as the others. This creates uneven lighting, affecting testing and slit lamp use. We need a qualified electrician to: - Replace the broken downlight above the optometrist's computer with a dimmable downlight of similar specifications to the existing ones. - Diagnose and fix the dimming issue with the downlight above the patient chair. The electrician must determine if the bulb is incorrect, or if the electrical is faulty. Please note that we are not providing the required materials for this task. I need an extra downlight installed in our bathroom in the shower area. Would require downlight supplied (and assume transformer in roof space). Downlight supplied must be suitable for a wet environment (steam from shower) and must have warm white light output. Roof space currently has two downlights installed with individual plug outlets in the roof space, so would likely require the install of an additional outlet for this job. Images attached indicate current set up and red marking of approx location of downlight. Ceiling is gyprock. Must be currently licensed electrician for this job (please share details).

Half the apartment lights needs replacing with down lights and I'd like to get the existing down lights replaced so everything is the same. For the living room and bedroom, will also like lights that are dimmable. Unsure of exactly how many lights will be required but please provide professional opinion and how many lights the quote include. Only problem is that the plughead for the lights won't move close enough to the hole in the ceiling to unplug the existing lights and plug in the new ones. Apartment. Supply and fit 6 Downlights & switch in living room. Currently a 3 gang switch, ideally if we can combine dome lights to a single switch, and maybe wire the new downlights to one of the other switches.
