Install pendant light in kitchen And 4 down lights in living room

I am needing someone to replace an existing overhead hanging light in a bedroom ideally for down lights

I need some down lights replaced and newer ones put up. I also have an old late on a wall in the bedroom that needs removing and I will paint it.

Needing someone to.rough in 6 downlights for patio before boards go.up and then fit lights after... Wiring already there from previous battens. Also remove current power running to a non using water fountain.
