I have accidentally reversed into my rollerdoor. My phone in consol nudged the button and I reversed into it as it was lowering down. The frame at the bottom needs to be realigned and the roller in the rail needs to be pushed back in. There are no problems with the motor.

The garage door chain came off the rail. I tried to put it back on, but it slipped off again during testing and the door won’t open. It may be caused by: • Chain tension not adjusted correctly (tensioner issue) • Front wall bracket becoming loose or misaligned Need someone to inspect, reattach the chain properly, re-tension it, and secure the front bracket.
