Looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter to fix an internal door in my house. Issues: 1. The door does not latch properly due to a gap between the door and the frame/strike plate 2. Parts of the door are rubbing against the carpet when opening/closing I’m looking for someone who can: 1. Inspect and identify the cause 2. Adjust/re-align the door if needed 3. ix the latch alignment so the door closes properly 4. Plane/sand/adjust the bottom of the door if required to stop it rubbing on the carpet Needs to be done either on Wed, Thursday or Friday (13,14, 15 May). Neighbor will provide access as I am out of town.

The sliding bathroom door is not closing, need to be taken out and fixed to it’s grill. Previous handyman advised that the door needs to come out with some part of the wall to complete this.

Internal sliding door track most likely needs a clean and fix. Doors are difficult to move and they get stuck.
