Sanding a dining table 2200mm x 900mm I have down a coarse sand, but requires more coarse sanding before fine coarse sand. I had used stripper on previous stain. If you are prepared to apply varnish then we can negotiate a new price. The product states needs 2hr dry time and looking at 2 to 3 coats. If interested let me know if you can do varnish and if can only do how many coats. If you were prepared to return to complete last coats of varnish that would be great and can pay accordingly. We are flexible with time to complete. We would ask you supply the equipment and supplies (sandpaper) to complete the job. If you can varnish, you to supply tools and I would supply the varnish.

We would like to restore our wooden outdoor dining setting. I think it needs a wash down and a few coats of decking oil

Looking for a reliable handyman to sand back a solid timber dining table (100cm x 180cm x 75cm) to its natural wood finish. Top has a dark varnish and the legs are painted - we’d like it stripped clean, ready for refinishing. Must have good workmanship, sanding experience and own tools.

Large dining table that has a parquetry type finish needs to be sanded back including legs and restained

I require an experienced tradesperson to sand, paint (and seal) a large timber dining room table top. A few years ago I had a large custom timber dining table made (10 seater - approx 2.8m x 1.2m). It is painted white. Within 6 months the paintwork started to warp, bubble, blister and discolour and the person who made the table could not be contacted. The base of the table appears to be fine, but the table top (surface) requires a full sand and repaint (to match the base). This is a very heavy table, but from memory, the top can be lifted off and removed. Looking for an experienced operator who can remove the table top, sand thoroughly, match the paint colour/type to the existing paintwork, repaint the table top, and secure to the base again! Hi, I’m looking for a company who could paint our living and dining areas (walls, skirting and door frames). The area is open plan and about 3.5m wide by 8.5m deep all together, with a half wall in between. We would like to paint the dining area walls (including both sides of the half wall) in Dulux Dieskau Grey shade in low sheen, and the living area in Dulux Vivid White low sheen. Skirting in the dining area to be painted the same shade as the wall (Dulux Dieskau), while the skirting and frames in the living area to be painted in Dulux Lexicon half-strength in semi gloss. Happily outsourcing the Masking up of my master and living/dining room in my unit. They're smallish areas and I can supply Painters tape or if you'd prefer your own, great. The furniture will be removed from the rooms and inside cupboards is already paintr so just need the skirting boards, cornices, door frames and windows taped. Flexible on days, this can be Thursday or Friday
