Spotted gum deck (Approx 2.5x6 metres) needs soap cleaning and pressure washing and then coating with two coats of oil 6 hours or a day apart preferably. Tasker needs to purchase oil to be specified and have own pressure washer and deck tools/equipment. Also requiring chicken wire to be purchased and attached to a fence in order to meet pool regulations. Fence area is about 8 metres long and 1.3 metres high and easily accessed in rear laneway of the property. We have a front deck (blackbutt timber), that needs to be sanded and oiled. Oil is provided must use own equipment and tools. We had an airtasker try to do this with a hand-held belt sander : hand sander will not work. You need a proper floor sander. Photos attached of area and oil. Professional / experienced airtasker required as quality is important.

Hi all looking for a skilled deck sealer to sand and seal our back deck. We are after a natural weathered look for our merbau deck (back deck) which is currently a chocolate colour. About 90-100 total and likely 2 coats of seal so that over coming months can naturally weather to give that greyed look rather than the natural red-brown of merbau. There are steps (split level) and a spa/spa fence to work around as seen in the photos. No rush with timing, please let me know if you have any questions or more info required. Thanks
