I would like my back fence painted on one side - I have already power cleaned it. Approx 30 square meters. Using Haymes exterior solar guard. Colour is called The Dom. Spotted gum deck (Approx 2.5x6 metres) needs soap cleaning and pressure washing and then coating with two coats of oil 6 hours or a day apart preferably. Tasker needs to purchase oil to be specified and have own pressure washer and deck tools/equipment. Also requiring chicken wire to be purchased and attached to a fence in order to meet pool regulations. Fence area is about 8 metres long and 1.3 metres high and easily accessed in rear laneway of the property. Quoted price is for labour only and excludes cost of oil and wire/nails etc as we will reimburse the cost of products required. A few other small handyman type garden jobs can be added on by agreeance. (Wine barrels falling apart/need fixing or removing). Might be others once on site as is a rental. Brush down fence for dust (recently cleaned) and apply one coat oil. 2 decks approx 20m2 each and merbau fence on two sides of townhouse. Water blaster, deck cleaner, oil, brush, etc. provided. It’s taken me 4-5 hours in past to wash and oil. Flexible on date but prefer before Xmas.

Spray paint wooden lattice and side property fence. Lattice approx 4x3m area. Fence approx 1.8 x 15 m area. 2 coats and no hand painting thank you. Paint supplier but you will need your own spray machine.

Approx 12.5 metres long with a height of 2.1 metres. Probably 2 coats needed. Additionally, retaining wall to be repainted in the same colour. Need plastic sheets to cover & protect new deck/seat & artificial grass. I will supply the paint (likely Monument).

Back fence is 2.3m (H) x 7m (w) and brick wall is 2m (H) and 3m (w). Clean and prepare the surface. At least 2 coats of paint (paint supplied but not the brush). Protect and cover the gate locks. You can spray the wooden fence but the brick wall need to be painted. All together the painted areas are 10m x 2.3m. Small job.
