What do dash cam installers do?

I have a dash cam hard-wired to the car's fuse box, just installed last year. Recently it wouldn't turn itself on when I turn on the car's ignition. I have a Navman MiVue 155 dash cam that I need to be hardwired installed into a 2020 Skoda Octavia. I can purchase a hardwire installation kit or it can be supplied by you if that’s easier and added to the cost. The Navman kit requires the dash cam to be hardwire into the battery. The issue at present is that my cigarette lighter is always live so the camera never turns off. The camera has a parking mode which I would like to use which requires the constant power feed even after the ignition is turned off.
