Our business, MP Management, is a boutique acting agency established in 2012., This position is paid based on an hourly rate, rather than a project or per-shot basis. We're seeking talented photographers to take professional actor headshots at various times throughout the year. We currently conduct headshot sessions from a professional studio in Cheltenham and in South Melbourne, typically photographing between two and eight actors per session. The role also includes basic post-production and retouching of the images if possible, however we can outsource this. We're hoping to build a small roster of reliable photographers who can work with us on an hourly rate, fitting in around our headshot schedule. Sessions are arranged as needed, so flexibility and the ability to accommodate occasional short turnaround times would be highly valued.
