i’m in need of meal preparation for weightloss with specific calories and protein goals. i’m a very busy mum that often doesn’t have time to make them myself Lunch and Dinner only (PCOS/POTS friendly)

We are a busy family of four that needs help with meals 3 nights a week (Tuesday - Thursday). Simple, healthy, nutritious food with no specific dietary requirements to be met. Main dinner meal only. Needs to be simple enough for us to manage reheating/prepping. No requirement to prep at our house but meals will need to be dropped and placed in our fridge/freezer weekly on a Monday or Tuesday morning. Ideally menu will be agreed at one week prior at which point we can confirm how many people for each meal. Groceries will be reimbursed with receipt. Please advise in your offer how many hours required for the task.

With my busy schedule it’s hard for me to do my Meal Prep throughout the week. The measurements/foods/quantity is already been given to me. Now just looking for someone to cook and make it eatable.

I am completing a gym challenge presently and I need some help meal prepping for myself Additionally I would like some help and assistance to meal prep with what I have on hand for my family (dinners, snacks mainly) for my four kids…. I’ve been struggling with time and mentally with a lot going on so an extra set of hands in the kitchen would be amazing My goal is also to go through my fridge, freezer and deep freezing utilizing what I have on hand before going shopping or getting other ingredients Initially two visits may help! But also once I’m set up hoping it will be easier for me to keep going! I am on a bit of a budget things have been really tight this year so hoping to find someone that can work with me…..
