Help with home cooking Indian/asian food types Flexible days 2-3 hours per week

Requiring meal prepping services. No dietary requirements but prefer higher protein, lower carb meals that are macro friendly. I usually prepare pastas, rice dishes and salads but do not have the time anymore and so will require 10x dishes per week (roughly)
